Through Young Enterprise Trust, Kids at Risk Charitable Trust support The Lion Foundation Young Enterprise Scheme by providing Seed Funding for Young Pasifika and Maori Entrepreneurs. 2017 will see Kids at Risk Charitable Trust provide not only seed funding, but will also deliver workshops in Auckland with the hope to provide these workshops nationally. The workshops will focus on business concepts, development of their business and lastly around financial planning.
The Lion Foundation Young Enterprise Scheme is a programme managed by The Young Enterprise Trust who are all about Inspiring, educating and transforming students through enterprise experiences. Their programmes start from Primary right through to Secondary School. Students develop key competencies, experience authentic learning and improve numeracy and literacy skills. All programmes are aligned to school curriculums.
Kids at Risk Charitable Trust proudly support this wonderful programme, by providing scholarships and guitars to the students.
Saintz Up Performing Arts was established in 2006 by Nainz and Becks Tupai in West Auckland and now in South Auckland with Nainz brother Viiz and his wife Tarnz Tupai. Viiz and Nainz Tupai are well known in the New Zealand Music Industry by the name of Adeaze. Adeaze are a New Zealand R&B/Soul duo.
Their motto is "Using The Arts To Encourage, Inspire & Empower Young People With The Self-Confidence & Self Belief To Chase Their Dreams.”

Crackerjack Kids is a curriculum-linked Years 1 – 6 school programme that helps children to become good people and have successful lives. It is a unique programme and planning resource for teachers that equips children to deal more confidently with the challenges of life.
Classic cars and fire engines from all over New Zealand and as far afield as Australia hit the road for a week long adventure raising money and delivering grants to Kiwi kids. The Variety Bash (& Mini Bash) – named for its bush-bashing roots – relies on the pack of classic car fans to work hard all year raising money for Kiwi kids. They take time off to attend, and don fancy dress to ensure the children they visit get a day to remember. Raising funds of up to $200,000 a year for Kiwi kids! Kids at Risk have proudly been involved supporting the FOAM Fire Engine as it races around the country also raising funds along with the other classic cars with all funds raised going to Variety – The Childrens Charity.
Kids at Risk are proud supporters of the Trillian Trek. Trillian trekkers mission is to take their colourful non-competitive charity car rally throughout New Zealand to spread asa many smiles as they can whilst raising lots of money along the way for kiwi kids in need.
Whether its specialist mobility or medical equipment, learning tools, speech lessons, school sports equipment or just basic supplies, the Trek family are committed to making it happen, creating a difference in the lives of our Kiwi kids.
